Description
Supporting the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Kazakhstan in introducing Accrual Accounting (IPSAS) in order to improve the accounting and financial reporting of public institutions. The range of activities comprised a study tour in Switzerland, IPSAS Gap Analysis (standardized REPF), in-country workshops/seminars.
