Information Systems & Technologies
The Center for Information Systems and Technologies has been a key player in applied research projects for over a decade. The Center's team of passionate, skilled, and experienced computer and data scientists delivers valuable results through prototyping, feasibility studies and proof-of-value experiments.
With the rise of generative AI, the Center is at the forefront of developing multimodal foundation model applications. The resulting concepts, methods, and frameworks harness the advanced capabilities of increasingly powerful foundation models while improving their controllability and reliability.
Currently, the Center investigates the feasibility and value of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of human interactions with information systems by adding social skills to system behaviors, e.g., for improved health or education interactions.
