Confidentiality declaration
In the course of the training, the participants receive confidential information, e.g. through case descriptions in the plenum, group discussions, in the accompanying learning groups or in the digital exchange forums (depending on what is offered). In order to maintain an open exchange of information in the classroom, all participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information, in particular company and personal data, to which they have access in the context of the training.
In the context of online training courses, it may happen that course sequences are recorded and made available for editing. Participants undertake to use these recordings exclusively for the purpose for which they were made available to them, not to disseminate them further and to delete them completely immediately after processing and completion of the respective course. This is mandatory for reasons of data and personality protection.
The obligation to maintain secrecy applies from confirmation of this declaration and remains valid after the end of the training.
