Development of a methodology and case studies of Indian products with Swiss target market


In the research cooperation project, the first step will be to develop a methodology for the evaluation of global food value chains concerning sustainability. Following this, we will use this methodology to assess the sustainability and possibilities for improvements of Indian agricultural products with a Swiss target market. The development of the method will be based on existing tools within the research area of “Global Value Chain (GVC) Analysis”.
