The SML hosts an annual conference on current topics of labor law. The Labor Law Conference offers highly topical presentations and panel discussions with a practical orientation on aspects of labor law and social law. Here you will find legally based solutions to complex issues as well as a platform for an active exchange between speakers and participants.
The National Non-Discrimination Law Conference was held for the third time in September 2015. It takes place every two years and deals with aspects of anti-discrimination, equality, diversity, and law. Speakers from all over Switzerland discuss developments and efforts to provide protection against discrimination, highlight problems, and present possible solutions. The conference is aimed at a wide audience and promotes dialogue and understanding among different interest groups.
