At the occasion of the graduation of the participants of the 6th edition of the CAS Foreign Affairs & Applied Diplomacy, we have the great pleasure to have Dr. Ilan Manor, Digital Diplomacy Scholar and Assistant Professor at Ben Gurion University, Israel for a keynote lecture on “How is Digital Diplomacy Shaping the War in Ukraine?”.
It will also be an opportunity to get to know the newly created DAS in Applied Diplomacy (30 ECTS).
