Monitoring eCH Standards

At a glance

Description

The eCH association promotes, develops and adopts standards in the field of e-government for efficient, electronic collaboration between public authorities, companies and private individuals. The eCH association is planning various activities to anchor its standards more firmly. One measure is the development of a concept that regularly measures the benefits of eCH standards, provides concrete indications of the benefits of eCH and identifies standardization needs.

The Institute of Information Systems at the ZHAW School of Management and Law has been commissioned to develop this concept. Within the framework of several work packages, it is being investigated how this need can be met with a business intelligence strategy and modern environments. This includes, among other things, the development of data sources and the targeted use of web analyses.

We would like to thank the dedicated students for their contribution: Fabijan Sokcevic, Jeremy Knöpfel, Thierry Baiker, Manpreet Singh, Giacomo Bütler, and Salahudin Zumberi.
