NEAPTIDE – Numerical Prediction and Experimental Assessment of Drone Noise
Description
The project deals with the development of a method to characterise aircraft noise generated by drones. For this purpose, a corresponding noise database will be created, which will serve to identify the most relevant noise generation mechanisms (so-called acoustic footprint) in order to contribute to limiting the impact of aviation on the environment.
