Procedure

The assessment centre process assesses candidates on job requirements dimensions that identify characteristic tasks and behaviours needed to succeed on those tasks. The dimensions are based on the organization’s own competency models or specific job requirements. We translate those into a profile of behaviours required for the role and integrate them in organization-specific assessment centre exercises.

Selected and trained assessors at the organization participate in the assessment centre as observing raters. In a structured evaluation process we condense the individual results systematically in the form of a final evaluation. Moderation by the IAP assures professional conducting of the assessment centre.
