Admission – what you need to bring with you
The Master of Science in Facility Management provides students with an opportunity to expand their knowledge of the topics covered in our Bachelor of Science course. Applicants must have completed a first degree with an above-average overall grade and/or provide additional evidence of academic ability.
The Master of Science in Facility Management is aimed at students who have successfully completed a first degree in facility management.
Applicants may meet the course prerequisites and be eligible for admission if they have completed a degree in business administration, hospitality, construction engineering, architecture or other FM-related subjects.
Eligibility is assessed as part of the admissions process, and we offer online materials and an introductory course for any students who wish to top up their skills.
All lectures are held in English and all lecture notes and other documents are provided in English. In order to be successful, students must therefore have good English skills (level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Students may choose whether to write their thesis in German or English.
