IOOA 2002 - Results
On the occasion of the „1st International Olive Oil Award – Zurich 2002“, the „1st International Olive Congress - Zurich 2002“ took place the February 22, 2002. The slogan was "Olive Oil - Sensory Evaluation and Health Advantage". The main aim of this event was to build a platform for experts and consumers around the topic of olives and olive oils from different perspectives.
