About us

The IAM creates, integrates and communicates knowledge of public and organizational communication in business, politics, culture and science. Its efforts focus on an interaction of narration on the one hand, and argumentation on the other. It challenges existing concepts and creates new theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented concepts of storytelling in public communication. Thus the IAM develops storytelling as an approach for the analysis, modeling and the transfer of explicit and implicit knowledge.
