- Design and operation of a stability setup
- Development of accelerated degradation measurements
- Development of predictive models
- Numerical simulation of the degradation behavior with available software
- AI supported data analysis
- Excellent master degree in electrical engineering or physics or similar
- Knowledge in semiconductor physics advantageous
- High motivation to pursue a PhD degree and work independently in a research environment
- Good computer and programming skills
- Good English skills
