Shaping virtual working forms in an attractive way
Virtual working forms change the working environment and blur the boundaries between working and private life.
ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences analysed the chances and challenges of virtual working forms with a focus on gender issues. The project was led by the ZHAW Centre of Gender Studies and the Institute of Sustainable Development in cooperation with IBM Switzerland.
The results include recommendations and checklists for institutions, employers and employees. It can be found in the project brochure as well as on the project website.
