Covid certificate requirement
The Covid certificate requirement applies in all publicly accessible buildings, i.e. everywhere teaching takes place at the ZHAW, as of 20 September 2021. The use of the Covid certificate will mean that the previous distance and mask wearing requirements will no longer apply in these buildings. A Covid certificate is already required in cafeterias from 13 September 2021. Spot checks will be made at the entrance to buildings as well as within the buildings themselves.
We recommend travelling to all locations by public transport, since they all have excellent train and bus connections.
If you are travelling by car, please note the official parking spots on our location plans.
Rooms of various sizes and containing various types of equipment can be rented for events, workshops or meetings from Monday to Saturday, depending on availability.
We offer various wi-fi services to visitors at our locations.
A varied and balanced selection of lunches and snacks is available at all ZHAW locations. A mixture of self-catering areas, canteens and cafeterias provide places to eat and drink and to meet friends and colleagues. Catering services are provided by the ZFV in Zurich and the SV (Schweiz) AG in Winterthur and Wädenswil.
The University Library in Winterthur provides work stations and reading booths for the temporary use of guest lecturers and other visitors.
The Service Centre provides a wide range of services at the ZHAW, including copying, printing and binding, postal services, issuing the CampusCard, and key and access administration.
