International Day Evening Event

We will be celebrating our next International Day on Monday, 19 March 2018. Activities will be hosted by some of the ZHAW Schools during the day, and the main event will take place at gate27 in Winterthur in the evening.

The future of work: The way we work – in 2025 and beyond

This year’s keynote speech on the topic of “The future of work: The way we work – in 2025 and beyond” will be given by Charles Donkor. Charles is a partner in the People and Organisation practice at PwC Switzerland. His main focus areas include HR Strategy and Transformation, Digital HR, Talent Analytics / Strategic Workforce Planning and organisational effectiveness.

In his speech, Charles will give us an overview of trends that have a major impact on the way we work in the future. These trends include digitalisation, employee mobility between different companies and countries as well as Generation Y’s and Generation Z’s new attitudes towards work – to name but a few. He will also share his ideas on how to prepare for the workplace of tomorrow – as a student, an employee and an employer. The presentation will be highly engaging and interactive, with videos and direct questions to the audience.

Tasty food and refreshments will be served, and live music will round the evening off. So don’t miss this great opportunity for engaging with ideas and with each other!
