From 1986: teacher of English as a Foreign Language in companies and in state schools, including the Zurich Business School from 1988 - 1998, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich from 1993 - 2002, and the Zurich Institute of Applied Sciences, Wädenswil from 1990 onwards.
From 1986, active as oral examiner (including Cambridge ESOL exams).
From 1995: teacher training (specialising in testing speaking skills) and development, also involved in coordinating and tutoring a Master's degree in TESOL programme in Switzerland for the University of Manchester from 1995 to 2001.
