Description
What role does IT management play in digitalization, and with what impact on organizational culture? In the Corona crisis, we observe that IT provided necessary solutions for contactless teaching "overnight." How did it accomplish this? Which cultural dispositions were critical to succeed in this respect? And what does this do to the entire organization as well as to employees and students? The project investigates the connection between the ideal-typical organizational culture and the performance of IT management in critical situations. The result is an atmospheric picture of the digital risk culture at the ZHAW and its organizational impact. From this, the project derives recommendations for action for decision-makers and various bodies.
